Meet the Founder
My name is Kazim Massah
I hold a Master's degree in Physics and have spent 5 years working as a home tutor — teaching students one-on-one, in their own homes, on their own terms.

That hands-on experience is exactly why I started Learning Cave. I've seen firsthand what students actually need to succeed, what genuinely worries parents, and what makes a tutor effective versus just qualified. Learning Cave was built around those lessons — not guesswork.

My teaching philosophy: In my years of tutoring, I've learned that a student often learns best not from a distant authority figure, but from a friend. A tutor needs to get down to the student's level — listen to them, understand them, earn their trust — before any real teaching can happen. Once a student feels heard, they open up, ask questions without fear, and actually retain what they learn. That's the standard every tutor at Learning Cave is trained to meet.
